What's the date and location of the conference?

The conference will be held in person on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Entrepreneurs Sandbox in Honolulu from 8 AM – 5 PM. Pau hana is from 5 –  7 PM.

Who should attend the conference?
Everyone from students and UX design beginners to senior industry professionals, UX teams, project managers, and anyone interested in understanding and leveraging UX design.
What's the last date for registration?
Registration for $35 early bird tickets is available until 11:59 PM on Saturday, September 30. Regular admission is $60 until Saturday, October 14, and Last Call is $85 until Thursday, October 19. There’ll be no walk-in admission on the day of the conference.
What does the registration ticket include?

The registration fee includes an all-day parking pass, swag bag, entry to all sessions and networking, lunch, refreshments, and the pau hana.

Can I get a refund if I'm not able to attend?
Yes, cancellations made by Saturday, October 14 will receive a full refund. After that date, no refunds can be made.
What are the parking options available for attendees?
Parking passes are included within your registration and must be picked up during check in and placed visibly on your car dash. Attendees may park at the entrance of Lot C. See the Venue page for a map. Limited street parking is also available.
Is there a dress code for the conference?
There’s no specific dress code for the conference, so dress comfy, but we recommend business casual.
Will the sessions be recorded or live-streamed for those unable to attend?
Unfortunately, sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed at this time as we’re prioritizing in-person interaction.
